Watched an NBC Show this Week with Regrets

Understand I am a sci-fi drama fan going back a long time. And when I heard this would be about "stuff" from an alien ship raining down on earth from that Asteroid some think is a space ship (true story) I was intrigued. The Plot is Feds trying to track down and collect all this "Debris" before bad guys do. It has all kinds of weird properties and potential for trouble in the wrong hands.

    OK good so far...............

And being NBC I expect some PC bull$#@!, but sometimes too much is just that. Nearly every major professional character in this drama is black and/or a woman. Other than one lead the white guys are mostly stupid redneck looking cops who cause investigative problems.

And yes I got that "messaging" very clear!

I will give it another try next Monday night, but I feel like I am watching the latest Star Trek on CBS and not absorbing the very forced "Woke" lesson as I should?

Same here, I have been a fan of sci fi for as long as I can remember. I seen the previews of, "Debris," but haven't watched it at all. Most sci fi programming has been ruined by leftists and their silly ass PC crap. I will probably skip over "Debris." Too much politics of any kind is a good way to ruin a nice scifi series. Those times I do watch a movie or TV series it is to escape politics. If I want politics I will watch the news or seek out articles on the 'net to read.
