The key there is laserjet. My new one works like a charm. It's inkjet that's a pain.

Same here. My old inkjet sits in the corner as backup just in case. I'm sure the ink has dried up already.

I have both ink and laser printers. The one with the best resolution is a color HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. I use it mainly for printing things that have to look professional. I use a small wireless Brother laserjet for everyday printing in B&W. The nice thing about the Brother is that it prints in duplex so I can print both sides -- plus, it's wireless so I can plug it in anywhere in the house.

I have a Brother laser jet. Love it.

I hate inkjets. I print so little, the ink always dries up on me.
