I sure hope so. I just ate a whole pumpkin pie.

An hour has gone by. The pie was delicious. I am so glad it was calorie free.
Now I shall have a cup of coffee followed by a quiet evening binge watching NCIS.

um...you really don't think it was calorie free do you? Even 1 serving of any fruit is 60 calories. You ate the whole thing.
Pumpkin pie has anywhere from 325 to 500 calories per slice depending on brand or homemade.
Let's say you ate the lighter version so 325 times 8 slices in one pie generally speaking....so that is.....2600 calories. More than what you as a male should have per day if you are maintaining your weight or attempting to lose. BUT HEY. who says you can't splurge once in a while.
Have a great evening.

When I retired my second time I was an engineering manager one level below director at a major defence contractor.
When I lived in California I remember seeing a sign put out by a farmer. He was selling corn on the cob. Two women ahead of me were excitedly talking to one another about how amazing it was that they found lo cal corn. I did not mention that it was local corn.

That's cute. I love the boxes of cereal that say... NO CHOLESTEROL. well....there is no cholesterol in anything grown from the ground.
A number of years ago some genius in the Fed Gov't got really ticked at PB manufacturers who said, NO CHOLESTEROL in their peanut butter. Well...there isn't any cholesterol in peanuts. The problem with peanut butter is the saturated fat. The fed gov't employee was probably one of the originators of the Food Pyramid which single handedly caused the biggest jump in diabetes and heart attacks in the history of the US. It rivalled the feds recommending smoking cigarettes to control appetite back during WWII. LOLOL
