Ohio State is on track to administer 3,000 vaccines there per day... Ohio hit 1 million coronavirus cases since the start of the pandemic Monday. Health experts say that makes it all the more urgent to get vaccinated when you can.
As part of the week-long "Accessing the Vaccine" initiative, ABC6/FOX28 continued to check in with hospital systems throughout Central Ohio. The vaccine clinic at the Schottenstein Center has been ramping up to hit 3,000 vaccines administered in a day.

“That was a number that scared us a little bit at first, when you think of that many people coming through. But we built up the skill and the efficiencies to do it. We got a great workforce here at Ohio State and we’re confident we’re going to make it work,” said Ryan Haley, senior director of ambulatory operations.
The clinic also celebrated 100,000 COVID vaccines provided Friday.
