How is improving the care of oldsters infrastructure spending?

The people who approve raising corporate income taxes likely don't understand that corporations don't pay income taxes. They pass the tax on to the consumer.

    .
Not sure if this is the official position of government but i can think of a way.

If you are taking care of aging parents its harder for you to take care of business. Any amount of relief you get from caring for them helps people participate in the economy in other ways. So thats my theory.

well..... grandpa and grandmamma are playing second fiddle to most of this relief package is going overseas.
Infrastructure is building and maintaining roadways and bridges, not currying political favors overseas.

This semantic argument over what is and what isn't "infrastructure" is just incredibly dumb. If it's a good idea, it should pass.

I can define what infrastructure is, but for the life of me I cannot find a definition of "Human Infrastructure..."

Infrastructure is the general term for the basic physical systems of a business, region, or nation. Examples of infrastructure include transportation systems, communication networks, sewage, water, and electric systems. These systems tend to be capital intensive and high-cost investments, and are vital to a country's economic development and prosperity.
    • Infrastructure are the basic systems that undergird the structure of the economy.
    • Examples of infrastructure include transportation facilities, telecommunications networks, and water supplies.
    • Large scale infrastructure is usually produced by the public sector or publicly regulated monopolies, but at smaller scales infrastructure can often be produced by private firms or through local collective action.
    • As an investment, infrastructure tends to be less volatile than some other asset classes and is sometimes sought as an investment.

I don't care. The complaints about what qualifies as infrastructure are pointless.
