Well prevented actually. It looks like they have been able to stop almost all black rime as the villians are always white dudes. Sometimes there's a twist where they lead to believe a black woman did it but nope. White dude.
Similarily they have stopped all leftist mobs from mis behaving the "terrorist" is now by contract obligation I think, white straight rural men
I suggest these shows move production to the hood to stand behind their product. Move in there for 6 months while shooting a season. Hang with the street criminals, date them, tell them how they don't committ crime anymore. What an economic boom for the hood!
