Power always thinks it has a great soul, and vast views, beyond the comprehension of the weak. And that it is doing God service when it is violating all His laws.

Thanks for the replies, I'll come back to them later when I have more time to address specific content. But ironically I consider myself a conservative liberal or liberal conservative. If we could define the words or ideologies outside of the present time I would beat you so called conservatives to conservative. Irony. You are missing or failing to acknowledge ideology, tribalism, and group think.
ON topic: I was watching Newsmax or OAN yesterday and they were still pushing the big lie. That is not news my friends. Calling it that is not news.
Wanna make America great, buy American owned, made in the USA, we do. AF Veteran, INFJ-A, I am not PC.

He was probably watching CBS 60 Minutes lie about DeSantis:

Or maybe NBC lie about the shooting of Jacob Blake;

Or maybe he was reading about a CNN staffer admitting they propagandize;

And just for you @midcan5 "dark money" on the right baaad, "dark money" on the left gooood, amiright ??
When I still had cable I would watch OAN's news programs. They were formatted like CNN International and BBC international. Short news clips that lasted 10 seconds or so- just facts. No opinions. No conjecture.
I have a Roku now and have only found Newsmax and OAN news commentary programing, not the straight news. It may be there, I just haven't found it yet.
ΜOΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ
Our news sources, whether they be TV, radio or internet, provide two quite specific types of news.
The first is what I term reportage. It's Sgt. Joe Friday's 'Just the facts', the four 'W's: who, what, when and where.
As soon as a writer or speaker strays into why and how territory, it's no longer reportage. It may be journalism or it may even be false information. It may be propaganda. [There are other descriptive words.]
The most important thing we, as a society can do about this is to ensure that we, the citizens who make up the society, can tell the difference between reportage and the rest. Add in the ability to recognize most of the main bits of sleight of hand used and we're in pretty good shape.
Regards, stay safe 'n well.

Yep. I know by watching what is opinion and what is news. FOX clearly separates the two. The two sources are politicizing this for some reason. I wouldn't trust them at all. Bret Baier is as good a news person as there is in the business. If he put his services out for bid he would be hired in a minute by one of the big networks because they have no talent. He never reports his opinion, ever. This is how you know there is an agenda at play.
I do not watch OAN much. I have a few times. I have never seen them take a side when I did watch it. They just put the story out there. I do not think they even have any op-ed people reporting.
Midcan wants this to be a good discussion. I encourage him to watch and then comment. There is no way he can come to any other conclusion. I have watched them all. Opinion people on all sides are nuts and driving wedges irresponsibly between the people. I quit watching the opinions 6 months ago. It is unhealthy. I know the difference between right and wrong. I apply that measurement.
I am tired of everyone fighting with each other. This is all by design.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.
