With the "one drop black -- all black" rule, a whole slew of seemingly white folks are going to be applying for that money.

Will the money be prorated by the amount of black ancestry? I mean, will a quadroon get twice as much as an octaroon? And, what if you have a slew of ancestors who were slaves? Will you get more than someone with just a couple of slaves in their lineage?

So many questions.
