I listened, just today, to Fox News Sunday; and on it, one of the guests was National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.
Sullivan claimed that President Biden's immigration policy was a reversal of former President Trump's policy, which (he said) was rooted in "xenophobia"--and perhaps even "racism."
And it is not only Biden's spokespeople who have said nasty and brass-knuckled things about the previous president. Biden himself has called Donald Trump (among other things) a "national embarrassment."
(It should not be left unsaid that Trump has spoken badly of Biden, also. But this was mostly before Biden ascended to the presidency. To gut-punch a president or former president is simply not in keeping with American tradition; and this amounts to the real national embarrassment.)
