Shoot and kill arsonists on the spot. Then cities won't burn. Round up and hang the looters. Looting will stop.

I bet they rambled on purpose to sound authoritative. They count on some of the Jury not to understand science and evidence just like they did in the OJ trial.

If you heard some of the Post OJ jury interviews you could tell a number were absolutely clueless and went with emotions.

The prosecution showed a video of Floyd resisting arrest. WTF? How does that help them?

Well, I am certainly no expert on Minnesota law; but if the prosecuting attorney is correct--and I doubt that he would make a claim of fact (not mere opinion) that is
verifiably false--Minnesota law does not require intent for an act to qualify as third-degree murder (just recklessness, that actually could result in death).

    If so, not guilty.
The prosecution, in its closing arguments, noted that it would be most unusual (certainly, beyond any "reasonable doubt") that George Floyd's history of drug abuse would have kicked in at that exact moment, thereby causing his death.

    This--sadly--is probably correct.

Some people on the far left seem to believe that America is inherently evil, and has been from the start; and that it must be burned down, therefore, and rebuilt, in order to better suit far leftists.

Maxine Waters made a trip to Minneapolis to tell them to do more rioting, Minn. Governor said today we have "systematic racisms", the Mayor of the neighboring town Brooklyn something, said it was not "safe" for a black person to drive a car...so you have Dem leadership from Congress, a Governor and a Mayor basically telling all the people...the trial means nothing just tear down this and other cities.

With leadership like that, why even consider anything other than the riots will increase and a lot more destruction will be seen...just a way of life???

The toxicology report indicated that Floyd had 3 times the amount of fentanyl and its metabolites that would kill a person.

    That is certainly reasonable doubt.

I'm secretly hoping they find him not guilty just to see the left's reaction in the streets.
