What evidence do you have that Babbitt posed an imminent threat of death or grievous bodily injury to the cop who killed her or anyone else in that room?

    Tell us.

You can't tell us because no such evidence exists. If you believe it does, lay it out for us.

So, every time you do or say something stupid, somebody would be justified in killing you?

If that were true, you would have ceased to exist a long, long time ago.

That is not a capital offense. It does not justify the use of deadly force.

Whatever happened to the idea that if you don’t want problems, don’t break the law? Don’t we always hear that when a black guy gets killed by cops?

I don't know what you hear or think you hear. Nor do I care.

I asked you a simple question. Are you going to answer it, or are you going to play dumb ass like Jet and dance around it?

    Yes or No?

    Was she armed?
    Did she brandish a weapon?
    Was she physically overpowering?

Who killed David Dorn, and Biden's National Socialist party said not a word.

In the middle of a crime being committed, I would say possibly, but unlikely. But I wasn’t there.

Many cons feel that if you’re committing a crime, you may get shot and it isn’t unreasonable. Glad you’re different.

    The cop obviously believed that.

You guys crack me up: you all stick up for the cops: "Floyd died of an overdose". I stick up for a cop and you all say I'm full of it?

The evidence is in the video dude, so you can stop BSing now. Those people were crashing down that door and comin through the window! Babbitt got shot for what she was doing.

    End of story.

Now you are playing games. No cop will shoot anyone for breaking and entering unless you raise a threat. There was no insurrection. Your trying to interject race because it is a weapon that you like to use but you have nothing to show that race was a factor.

Someone may have given the instruction to shoot anyone that comes through that door. If that was the case then we want to know who did that and get some answers. You got that from Chauvin.
