How do we post pics from our computers?

I was wondering how we post pictures from our own files? Things seem to have changed since I was last here. The prompt comes up and lets you look in the files on your computer but once you click for it to upload, nothing happens. Just thought I would ask.

I use the "insert image" icon. After you select your image from your files, you'll notice a tiny little "Upload File(s)" button, though it doesn't look like a button at all, just click it, and your image will upload. Sometimes you have to resize the image, if it's too big, the system will reject it. I use Fast Image Resizer, it's a super handy little app, you just drag and drop your images into it. It will automatically create a separate folder named "resized" for your images. I set the resolution to 800x600, and leave the other settings on default. https://fast-image-resizer.en.softonic.com/

If you go advanced, you can use "manage files", but that's a little more confusing. If my instructions above don't work, let me know and I'll walk you through "manage files".

I hope you stick around JAP, I've missed you.

Explorer doesn't work doing it from the computer. it works from a website using a postimages website. If I use edge or chrome or firefox it works. Explorer stopped working a few months ago.

Thank you, I tried Firefox and it didn't work either. I tried what Country boy said, reducing the image size, and that seems to work. Do you know what the maximum resolution allowed is?

@countryboy I hope you stick around JAP, I've missed you.

It was kind of you to say that to JAP. Take care,
