I hate thinking it, because if true, we're looking at a major act of war and we would undoubtedly have to respond. Half a million Americans are dead after all.

As quickly as covid spreads, how likely is it that it jumped from bat to human in a super-crowded market yet the Chinese were able to keep their death toll to under 5,000? Their story is that they locked down their country so completely that they were able to open their economy by March.

China was the only major nation to see economic growth in 2020. They saw 2.3% expansion. They've been highly aggressive in the South China Seas.

Sure, it could have been a mistake--a leak--but China is the only nation that has benefited. And, they've kept early virus records secret.

Even at a high vaccine efficacy rate, some of the vaccinated would still die, of course. No vaccine is 100% effective.

Population of USA: 328 million
Dead Americans from Covid: 583,000

Population of China: 1.398 BILLION
Dead Chinese from Covid: 4,636

It's becoming a bit obvious that the figures of infections and fatalities are grossly overstated on a global scale . Someone is very interested in keeping this pandemic going for as long as possible . Personally , if I contracted COVID , and decided to get the jab , the only one I'd trust is the SputnikV....all the others are just too risky , and not to be trusted .
