That's interesting, because according to Reuters, it was Obrador, not Harris who was not going to stay for the whole call.

"Lopez Obrador said the issue would not be raised in the meeting with Harris. He also said he would not stay for the entire call."

In fact, outside of Gateway Pundit (who claims ABC International as the origin), I can't find any other mention of Harris being rude, not even in the Mexican press. ABC News doesn't mention it and surely they would be receiving the ABC International feed. Unfortunately ABC International has a pay wall, so I can't read first hand what the article says.

At this link you can watch the virtual meeting. I didn't detect any rudeness on Harris' part. It was all very cordial and upbeat.
