They are all there to make ridiculous claims and the court sits there and tries to get through all the lies. Did the wife put the flag symbol there with the sole intent of irritating the race baiting father and succeed? Then did the father decide to get back at the wife with no concern for what he is doing to the kid?
Does mom care about the confederate flag at all?

When I hear claims about charges made in a divorce then they simply go on auto-ignore.

Sometimes the judge probably wants to take the kids away from both parents just to save them from being squeezed in the middle.
