I don't know what it is about chicken sausage (texture, maybe?) but I hate it. You'd think it would be very similar to turkey sausage but it's not.

They are only like $2.24 for 4. I think they are made from pig lips and chicken beaks.

How can you go wrong with sausage? We have a German shop here with so many homemade sausages that it is fun to shop. Tried the potato sausage once, different.

I haven't seen that brand around here.
When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.

When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.

And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.

    War is peace.

    Freedom is slavery.

    Ignorance is strength.

Earl campbell hot links are awesome! We also just like the basic HEB brand smoked sausage with jalapeño as kinda a quick go-to type sausage for the grill as well as Zummo's party time links. Opa's smoked beef sausage is by far the best smoked sausage though in my opinion.

Zummos makes excellent products. I stuff bell peppers with zummo's boudin all the time.

I like zummo's boudin a lot as well. We like to grill it slowly till the casing becomes crispy so you can easily bite through it and then just hold it and eat it like that once it cools down enough. We want to stuff the turkey with it next Thanksgiving. Anytime our relative who lives in Rayne comes to visit we have them bring us boudin from Best Stop in Scott, which is great. My mom likes DJ's boudin but I prefer Zummo's. There's a place in town called Boutte's which makes good boudin also.

    I wonder if it's the same place? I'm guessing it's a chain but I don't know. It's called Boutte's Cajun Market.
