I think there's still some of that meat in the freezer.

You could always use it in soups or stews if you are having issues with the taste of it.

They've put out notices about black bears coming right up to people's front porches looking for food and, for everyone to take down all feeders.

I just heard Costco has relaxed it's mask mandate.

I wonder if it transcends to all of their locations or, if individual stores can still insist on masks.

I'll have to find out, we have appointments in Tucson later this month and, if I don't have to wear a mask, I'll go pick up a few things that I need.

The Quinoa burgers are good at Burger-FI (if you have one nearby), They also sell a conflicted burger with one Quinoa burger stacked on an angus burger.

No thanks, I like my burgers to be comprised entirely of beef.

If I feel like going meatless, I eat salads or pasta, without meatballs.

They sure want people to give up meat, though.

I eat veggie burgers when I'm out. I only eat ethically raised animals so it's either fish or no animal protein when I dine out. I kind of like them.

Freeze it and pull it out again the next week or when you don't feel like bothering.

I love my meat but I was vegetarian for some years and never ate a vegetarian burger that pretended to be meat. I ate lentil burgers but I didn't intend them to be a meat clone.

As a throwback from my vegetarian days I still make tacos with red kidney beans instead of meat and usually when I make lasagna I do a vegie version with a spinach, sour cream and cheese layer followed by a red kidney bean and crushed tomato layer. May not sound appetizing but it's really tasty.

No, your lasagna sounds delicious! Do you have a recipe you follow or, do you just wing it?
