My understanding is liberal harkens back to an age when both Republicans and Democrats thought of themselves as liberal, or even further back to what we call classical liberalism. But it really wasn't a political term until FDR hijacked it. The Progressive Era of the late 1800s was falling into disrepute and FDR needed to attach himself to another label when in fact he was a progressive. Still, I think you get some Democrats calling themselves liberal into the early 60s when they were still proud to be Americans. Many who we call liberal today have returned to calling themselves progressives who are now fully Woke.

There are very few actual liberals today,IMHO. The modern Democrat Party seems to be made up of mostly radical leftists, and useful idiots.

That is partially true but only because Progressives use the Liberal label, but traditional Liberals were actually more libertarian. The words have been used so interchangeably in the last 50 years that it is easy to forget what a Liberal used to be.
However, Neoconservatives try to give they idea that they are conservative as well but it is clear to see that they are not.

    Ooops we got off subject.

Wouldn't it be more interesting to find out who in the FBI labeled this as Suicide by Cop in the first place?

That person needs to be questioned on why they decided to create a fraudulent outcome and who influenced them to do it.

The Suicide by Cop outcome was too illogical to be genuine and free of political influence.

Yes....that is what should be of importance. Finding out who downplayed the attack. Perception is that whoever it was leans left.

I'd agree, the party is leaning left and Woke, with a few old liberals in denial.
