The ‘Woke’ Media Smear Campaign Against Sidney Powell

I have never met Powell and have no particular attitude toward her, positive or negative. But professional journalists should treat everyone fairly. By not treating Powell fairly, journalists impugn their own professionalism.
Powell is a victim of the Distort and Blackout technique. Irresponsible journalists use Distort and Blackout to portray perfectly respectable figures—usually conservatives—as extreme, wacky, or mean. I’m personally familiar with this device because when I was politically active (pdf), left-leaning newspapers frequently deployed it against me.

Here is the author: Sharp guy.

    Rob Natelson
Robert G. Natelson, a former constitutional law professor, is senior fellow in constitutional jurisprudence at the Independence Institute in Denver, and a senior adviser to the Convention of States movement. His research articles on the Constitution’s meaning have been cited repeatedly by justices and parties in the Supreme Court. He is the author of “The Original Constitution: What It Actually Said and Meant.”

This is worth spending about two minutes to read it.

More news from the Arizona Audit:

WA, GA, VA, PA, NV, UT, CO, WI, OK, AK, MI, SC, MO have all recently visited the first full forensic audit of an American election - THIRTEEN states. #AmericasAudit is soon to be #AmericasAudits! Arizona is leading the way to #ElectionIntegrity in America.

    https://twitter.com/kelliwardaz/stat...92124992516099

Momentum is building. This indicates the Arizona audit is finding irrefutable evidence of the stolen election. If it were not so this audit would be ended in quiet.

Georgia election official acknowledge chain of custody documents missing for 2020 absentee ballots

Approximately 385 of 1,565 transfer forms for absentee ballots were missing.

A Fulton County, Georgia, election official, has acknowledged that chain-of-custody documents for absentee ballots deposited into drop boxes for the 2020 election are "missing" or "misplaced."

    ...

Transfer forms are documents signed by ballot collection teams that indicate the date, time, location, and the number of ballots collected from each absentee ballot drop-off location. The transfer forms purportedly provided chain of custody documentation for 18,901 ballots, 6,000 ballots more than the 12,000 vote margin with which Biden won the state in the 2020 presidential election.

    And more court battles:

A judge has agreed to postpone depositions of election workers in Fulton County, Georgia.
The election workers were set to give depositions after a lawsuit was filed alleging that thousands of fraudulent ballots might have been cast there.
The plaintiffs said they consented to allow the depositions to be rescheduled until after a judge holds a hearing on a motion to dismiss the case, according to a filing submitted to Fulton County Superior Court.
This agreement, the petitioners said, made a prior filing by the defense moot after attorneys for Fulton County officials asked the court to grant a protective order to postpone the depositions…
…Lawyers for the Fulton County, Georgia Board of Registration and Elections filed a last-minute motion to the court to dismiss the election fraud case brought by Garland Favorito and others before the forensic audit is launched.

    From the Epoch Times:

After the audit work is completed, the auditors, led by Florida-based Cyber Ninjas, are going to produce a final report to the Senate. The report will be delivered one week after the other phases are completed, according to a scope of work document the firm gave to the Senate.
The audit is largely supported by Republicans, including the Arizona Republican Party, and has drawn lawmakers from other states for tours, but has faced criticism from Democrats, who tried to halt the process in court earlier this year over security and privacy concerns.
A judge in late April ruled against the Arizona Democratic Party, saying they had not provided “substantive evidence of any breaches or threatened breaches of voter privacy.”
Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat who is running for governor, has said observers she sent to the audit have witnessed “problematic practices, changing policies, and security threats” that will render the audit findings “unreliable.” Bennett and other officials connected to the process have disputed those claims.

    https://www.theepochtimes.com/arizon...k_3850893.html

The first phase will be done in another day or two.

Hmmm. It will be at least two more weeks of effort before the clock starts on the final report. I expect that much of the final report is already in draft.

Michigan SOS Candidate Kristina Karamo Travels to Arizona Forensic Audit as State Republican Lawmakers Refuse to Act

Michigan Secretary of State candidate Kristina Karamo traveled to Arizona recently to observe the forensic audit of ballots that has the cheaters incredibly nervous.
Karamo will be giving her report on what she saw during a press conference on Tuesday. Big League Politics will be in attendance covering the event live. The video can be seen on our Facebook page on June 15 at 11am EST and will subsequently be uploaded to our Rumble account.

We need men and women with courage and character. It is a shame there are so few among the Republican politicians.

I laughed. You are a funny guy.

If we do not understand how the Democrats stole this election we won't be able to prevent the next one.

Imagine the pressure building on the nation when State after State reports their audit results, conclusively proving that President Trump won.

It would make a great Christmas.

No, Trump lost. I just don't figure you to be a guy who likes to be made to look like a fool. It's over. This joke of an audit is exactly that. A joke.
