True, but at least if they do, they won't be giving birth and need to be called 'a birthing person' so that they can pretend that they are not female even though they just carried a baby to term and pushed it out of parts that don't belong to a man. Nor are those chestacles that fill up with milk, they're breasts, so they aren't chest feeding, they're 'breast feeding'. It's a biological rather than sociological term, as is the term 'mother'.
I couldn't care less if trans people want to live as a different gender. It's none of my business. It only becomes my business when they are no longer satisfied with equal treatment, but instead want special treatment, like their fraction of 1% demographic entitles them to rewrite the lexicon of biological terms.

On occasion - usually by choice. Typically, it occurs when a FTM biological woman is living as a male husband/partner to a female and either the female can't get pregnant or they decide that each will bear a child. I can understand wanting your own biological child. Often this occurs with a transitioning FTM and they have to give up the male hormones for the duration of the pregnancy. Some will go on to complete the transition after the child is born, including the gender reassignment surgery.
