I cancelled satellite TV a few years ago. I can barely stand waiting 5 seconds to click through a YouTube commercial, lol.

We recently got something from T-mobile, thousands of movies, TV shows, series, documentaries etc.......no commercials.

It's on a trial basis but, so far it's pretty nice.

I'm getting close to ditching Dish, the bill keeps going up but, the service gets no better.

That was my problem with satellite, towards the end we were watching mostly Gunsmoke and Bonanza reruns on the DVR.

It is impossible to sell the idea that a small percentage of the country is a marketing segment worthy of almost all the advertising budgets.

This is wokeness out of control and there is an obvious agenda.

I didn't watch TV, other than the Weather Channel, for about 5 years. Then I added back in HGTV and Nat Geo. I've really revved things up and added Sundance channel recently. And that is about it.

We don't have cable out in the sticks, and the basic DirecTV package is worthless. One grade up, and it's $120 a month for diddly. I do a lot of reading. No commercials, and I can hit the 'pause' button anytime I want.

Yep, that's what we had, basic DirecTV package for about that price. I listen to a lot of audiobooks, and have a bunch of YouTube channels I watch, some of which done even require watching, just listening. I occasionally watch Netflix. I'm about to cancel Netflix DVD, since I hardly find time to watch the discs.
