Lawyers help business navigate laws, regulations, taxes, ect...........and that's a good thing.

Trial Lawyers out to sue everybody driving up the cost of everything from medical care to running a City government not so much!

The fact is, we don't need to volume of lawyers that we have. It's essentially become big business to create a bunch of useless laws, needlessly over convolute the whole legal process, allow all kinds of fraudulent lawsuits, allow things like divorces and such to be dragged out, etc. It's just a money pit. Lawyers are needed in society, but not nearly to the degree that they are currently employed. But their are a bunch of industries that need this fraud to continue so they can make a living. And that isn't just limited to lawyers, but they are massive benefactors.

You didn’t read the peer-reviewed article either, did you?

Have you come up with a file to bill for this thread?

Not interested in wasting my time reading a 30 page fluffing of lawyers. It doesn't really change the fact that lawyers exist at the rate that they do because of unnecessary garbage. The demand for lawyers would significantly go down if not for all the nonsense, simple supply and demand.

And I wonder why that is most of the time? Probably because of the systemic built in need for one because we have too many laws and because everything is needlessly overconvoluted.

Think 3rd party for 2024 folks. Clean up America.

Once I tell you that we agree to disagree there will be no more discussion between us in the thread so please don't waste your time continuing to argue your points because I will not respond.
