I struggle to see how this is constitutional. Seeing how much of everything I pull out of my bank to spend is my private business. I really struggle with the constitutionality of this.

This is why we have a mechanism in place in this country we use to settle disputes that may arise between people/entities which is the court system. If it is felt that this violates the constitution, then the issue should and rightfully be challenged in a court of law. Both sides agree to abide by whatever the court rules and in the event you still disagree on the courts decision, then work to change the laws or constitution to your satisfaction.

What is in my accounts is none of the government's business but they are going to need to find more ways to fund their policies.
