You're the one claiming a variation from the norm, not me. Thus, the burden of proof is on you.
Given the history of clean elections just about everywhere, and the safeguards in place, the default assumption is no fraud. You even sort of admit that, by accepting the default assumption everywhere except a few states.
In terms of math, it's totally wrong. Benford's law only applies in select cases where data undergoing exponential growth spans several orders of magnitude. Precincts are nothing like that, being they're all about the same size, so they will definitely not follow Benford's law.
