How does restricting voting hours prevent fraud in Texas?

The Texas voting bill cuts down on extended hours during early voting

How does this help prevent fraud?

    Clearly, it does not.

It is simply a way to make it harder for working people to get out to vote.

The bill previously tried to ban Sunday morning voting (in order to stop "souls to the polls" initiatives by black church congregations). It also previously tried to empower election officials to overturn election results if there are voter fraud allegations. These two provisions were removed after the first attempt to pass the bill was thwarted by a Democrat walk out and time was allowed for public scrutiny to expose the blatant, targeted voter suppression and power grab attempts.

There are provisions you are deliberatley overlooking.
Longer voting days, mail-in for those who cannot absolutely get to the polls to vote. In many instances, rides are provided.
What your pissy about is ensuring that US citizens can only vote in our elections.
    You're making $#@! up, again

The democrats only have so many pints of vodka and bus rides to hand out on election day for votes

we did fine when voting was done on one day and the poll hours were set. Now..change it all to fit this group or that group and we have constant upheaval about voting. How about an individual, who really wants to vote and is a citizen, find their own way to do so??? Much f this, like register day one votes, is to make it possible for people to vote...who are not citizens or want to try to vote several times. There was a time voting was considered a privilege .

Back in the day, some would travel overnight in their wagons to vote. They planned for the long haul and took food with them.
Hell, for some, it was akin to going on a picnic.........a day off from plowing.......

Voting should take place 24/7 for the entire year during an election year. And there should be no restrictions placed on who can vote.
When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic.“ - Benjamin Franklin.

You can't use the word "picnic" any more. It's racist.

Democrats want to make voter fraud as easy as possible because Democrats are the number one beneficiaries of voter fraud. That is why they are opposed to voter ID and why they are always trying to downplay the existence of voter fraud.
Power always thinks it has a great soul, and vast views, beyond the comprehension of the weak. And that it is doing God service when it is violating all His laws.

Are there no laws in Texas that allow Workers to Vote during working hours and be paid? Turns out they do on Election day so just extend it.

You "assume" this is some targeted voter attack when extended hours beyond reason should not be necessary for early voting. I did just that during the CA primary 2020 and the damn place was empty except for Poll workers.
