Drugs are smuggled in prisons various ways....Rectums, Vaginas, mouths, taped underneath large breasts...taped to the arch of the back of babies and toddlers backs and smuggled in on visiting days...

Babies and toddlers werent searched but people made it a necessity unfortunately.

In mates used to get food packages with citrus, oranges and grapefruits, the people making the packages took syringes and shot 100 proof vodka into the oranges...squeeze the orange and you have a vodka and orangejuice....they got away with that for a long time...till prisons got wise..
