He's going to serve his time--likely get out early for good behavior--and probably walk right back into his old job. If that position is filled, he'll hire on with someone else.

For gawdsake, Martha Stewart is a felon. Has that hurt her earning power? Look at Frank Abingnale. He committed multiple felonies but after he went to prison, the FBI got him out and had him advising them. Or, how about celebrities like Tim-the tool man-Taylor (Tim Allen). Or, Christian Slater. Or, another famous actor, Mark Wahlberg.
