No one just walked in - there were barriers in place as a visible sign that no one was permitted entry. The crowd knocked down the barriers and fought with police, in order to gain entry. Therefor anyone who crossed police lines and entered the building was a voluntary participant in the riot, regardless of what they did once they got inside.

A very small part of the crowd was violent. Many did just walk in. Some were stopped by Capitol Police who let them in if they promised to remain peaceful.

So, they weren't charged with insurrection because there is no evidence but they should be charged with insurrection because of what you and the left think their intent was.

I disagree.

Once the barriers were breached, the guards stood aside and just let the people walk in. The ones who knocked down the barriers should be charged, but not those who walked peacefully past the guards who were standing aside.

At the very most, any charge they receive should be misdemeanor trespassing. Nothing more.
