I lost my healthy, 28-year-old, unvaccinated son to Covid

Needless to say, her son was not "healthy". If you are morbidly obese, don't take your chances. You should probably get vaccinated. That said, they really need to stop lying to us.

Well it is MSNBC, I don't believe they have the capability to stop lying.

Also, MSNBC apparently caters to an extremely low information readership, posting a picture of two obese persons, then blaming the lack of vax.

The site linked has nothing to do with her son's death. It's also posted on businessinsider.com, washingtonpost.com, Yahoo.com, aol.com, etc......

---He is overweight but at that young age he may otherwise have been in good health. I feel for any parent who loses a child. I lost two and know the pain.

What? It tells you everything you need to know. If you want more details, read about it elsewhere. Shrug.

Anyway, he was obese. He was not in "good health" and, quite frankly, it was probably a condition his mother allowed to develop. He ate himself to that state and likely in front of his mother for years.

Time to wake up. It's also time they stop lying to us.

Obesity often comes with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol.........they're trying to expound on a lie so, if any of those conditions were present, they surely wouldn't say.

I’d be willing to wager that this guy was anything but healthy.

The young man looks very heavy. I'm sorry for her loss, but carrying that much weight around isn't healthy.

I wonder if he had diabetes? It seems like a lot of heavy people are diabetic.

Obesity is the number one cause of death among Covid-19 victims.

Sorry about your loss, I too have lost two children, I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

He may very well have had it but if he didn't I think it's safe to assume he was at least pre-diabetic. That said, I can assure you he had chronic inflammation and that's the main problem in the Covid context from what I understand. Chronic inflammation interferes with your immune response.
