When you think how far we have come in this country without the Climate Change Agenda then you have to wonder why we need global input.

In short, we don't. It is all political.

When you see that the USA was the only country to meet its emissions cut in the Kyoto protocols after pulling out then you should wonder if it is anything but political.

In short. It is nothing but political.

When you see China has no goals and continues to increase emissions then you wonder if the green movement is anything but anti-American rhetoric.

In short. We know it is.

It's weird, but in the summer the few days which are hotter than normal it's global warming. A week later when the temps are cooler than normal it's now climate change. When the temps are normal it's ignored. If the temps fluctuate daily, it's climate disruption.


In the spring and fall we get our fair share of rain. If that rain is heavier than normal it's global warming, if it's lighter than normal it's still global warming. If it's within normal ranges it's ignored.


whatever you want to call it, global warming, climate change or climate disruption, it's not an issue of science. It's a political issue.

Let us review the known truths and facts.

The Earth's atmosphere has been warming for quite some time and in all likelihood will continue to do so for quite some time:

So, the beginning of the end of the current ice age began roughly 6,500 years before the pyramids were built in Egypt. Why would one not expect temperatures to rise during such a history?

The Earth has been far more inhospitable to both flora and fauna for most of it's history than it is today.

Modern civilization such as ours could not have advanced, and certainly not as rapidly, other than in this current warming world.

The Earth has also been far warmer in the past, and it was not a time conducive to life as we now know it.

I have never seen a plan put forward ... even one that would retreat us all back to the stone age ... that would reverse the processes at work.

The most likely belief from the actual science is that we have been living in a Goldilocks zone for about five millennia. It wasn't always this way. It almost certainly will not be this way indefinitely.

Our efforts would be of better use IMHO if we concentrated on how to adapt to a coming future which we cannot substantively change, as opposed to our current plan of punishing ourselves for
something that we did not.

Technological advances require capital investments, and the more economic growth we have the more CI we can create and dedicate.

I'm hoping we choose wisely.
