Novamax is not an mRNA vaccine. It is like the J&J or Astra vaccines in being older flu shot style vaccines. But it boosts the same efficacy as the mRNA vaccine.

Don't expect to see it in the USA soon. We have a surplus of vaccines in the USA so the FDA is not under pressure to give early approvals.

In 1989, Dr. Malone published a paper titled "Cationic liposome-mediated RNA transfection."

"In the early 1990s, he collaborated with Jon A. Wolff, Dennis A. Carson, and others on a study that first suggested the possibility of synthesizing mRNA in a laboratory to trigger the production of a desired protein.[4] Malone claims to be the inventor of mRNA vaccines, although credit for the distinction is more often given to later advancements by Katalin Karikó or Derrick Rossi."

"He was CEO and co-founder of Atheric Pharmaceutical,[9] which in 2016 was contracted by the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases to assist in the development of a treatment for the Zika virus by evaluating the efficacy of existing drugs.[10][11][12][13] Until 2020, Malone was chief medical officer at Alchem Laboratories, a Florida pharmaceutical company."

"In early 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Malone was involved in research into the heartburn medicine famotidine (Pepcid) as a potential COVID-19 treatment following anecdotal evidence suggesting that it may have been associated with higher COVID-19 survival. Malone, then with Alchem Laboratories, suspected famotidine may target an enzyme that the virus (SARS-CoV-2) uses to reproduce, and recruited a computational chemist to help design a 3D-model of the enzyme based on the viral sequence and comparisons to the 2003 SARS virus.[15][16] After encouraging preliminary results, Alchem Laboratories, in conjunction with New York's Northwell Health, initiated a clinical trial on famotidine and hydroxychloroquine.[15] Malone resigned from Alchem shortly after the trial began and Northwell paused the trial due to a shortage of hospitalized patients."

I think everyone on the forum should by now be aware of the weaknesses of computer models when it comes to viruses. It's also rather interesting that he resigned during the trials for Pepcid AC as a possible treatment for Covid and that the trials were discontinued, regardless of the stated excuse. IOW, he's currently unemployed and spreading half truths on alternative media.

On his personal website, he credits himself as "the inventor of mRNA vaccines".
One of my issues is this misrepresentation, which is also in the OP video and post. His contributions to the field are older than me. Nothing screams unprofessional like having to lie about your qualifications or inflate them to such a degree. He very likely does understand the technology and biology but his reliability and authority go into question the moment he pretends he did something that he did not and then also fails to disclose major conflicts of interest. Conflicts are basically unavoidable in science and medicine, which is why researchers have to disclose them to try and boost the level of trust they can establish.

I see none of the antivaxxers rose to the challenge of explaining, in their own words, what they said was so awesome and convincing.

As usual, they just pointed to a video and declared victory, steadfastly refusing to actually discuss the topic.

    Bake cookies, grandma.
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

This Liberal genius Dr Malone gives reasons why he will "never vote Democrat again". Long interview by Tucker Carlson:

Malone is another example, like Naomi Wolf, & RF Kennedy of an establishment Lefty who is mugged by the reality of pervasive corruption of USA politics & institutions.
