Not a fan of the “no parole ever ever” sentence.

I'm glad that his last minute plot to claim he was a victim of a setup by drug dealers did not work.

I'm fine with life with no chance of parole. H cans till try to use advocates to come up with evidence that will clear him but otherwise he proved he is no use to humanity.

Do we really just think this guy was uncontrollably horny and he would never do it again? Chances are that murder and rape was not his first crime. Other than illegally crossing the border.

Maybe his next victim just won today.

I wonder if he would still be a threat to society at 70 years old?

No parole was put in place because originally a murderer was eligible for Parole after 14yrs 7 months, many found that unacceptable, I see nothing wrong with someone accused of a heinous murder or mass murder, or killing a pregnant women etc getting life and disallowing a liberal or forced parole board the chance to let them out early.

The judge does not have to give life no parole

There's a tremendous cost to society to house these inmates. Especially the elderly ones. Perhaps, society would be better served if after 50 years, and the inmate is 70-80 years old, they'd be permitted to be released.

Theres far more a cost when they are released murder again, commit another crime and have to go right back through the entire system again. Our absurd Recidivism in this country costs far more than a few Lifes without Parole...
Just look at NYC with their no bail, no arraignment, catch and release.

Aside from that I specifically pointed to heinous crimes already Ajudicated after they had their day in court.

Dave theres a difference in murder, someone rapes then murders the woman so she cant identify him NEVER deserves to be free again. Someone murders a pregnant woman, or a Jeffrey Dahmer kills several and eats some of them. Pedophilles who murder their children victims..etc etc....

These crimes should not be left to Parole Boards that come under great Political Pressure or judges with a partisan axe to grind.

At 70 and even later he can still wield a weapon and even if the little blue pill doesn't work for him, rape isn't a crime of passion.
