Chinese chemical plant explodes;China’s lockdown allegedly forges a tragedy | China in Focus

A Chinese man is on day three of a hunger strike. He’s protesting after police forcibly vaccinated him. Another man was pinned down on the ground by Chinese policemen, all because he refused to get tested for the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus. Is China’s pandemic cure worse than the disease? The country’s strict lockdown measures reportedly played a major role in the death of one man. Victims in China are still suffering after major flood damage. They report receiving little compensation, despite massive destruction. That’s after authorities opened the floodgates of a local reservoir without warning. Chinese shopping giant Alibaba plans to invest more than $15 billion into helping the communist regime achieve its goals—amid Beijing’s clampdown on Big Tech.

I have come to believe , since I have participated in this forum , that you don't practice nearly enough rational thought or commonsense , to be able to make a statement like that with any amount of conviction. Pax- Americana is dead and buried , but you cling to it , like $#@! to a blanket , as some idealistic doctrine through which you rationalize world events and changes .....it makes no sense .

Black swan visits Beijing’s Tiananmen square; Lockdown policy changes spark anger with locals

A Hong Kong actor says he’s giving up his Canadian citizenship. Some call it a show of loyalty toward China’s communist regime. Beijing bans men it deems aren’t masculine enough for TV—and labels them “girlie guns.” Britain’s new aircraft carrier arrives in Japan for a permanent military presence in the Indo-Pacific region. This is countering China’s territorial claims. Two Canadians have been held in Chinese prison for more than 1,000 days. Their supporters rally in Ottawa. The “Two Michaels” were accused of spying in a case that soured diplomatic ties between Canada and China.

Protest on Chinese regime’s founding; China sends 38 military planes toward Taiwan

A statement from China suggests you’re more likely to get struck by lightning than to experience adverse reactions from Chinese-made vaccines. But a number of reports say otherwise. In our special report we look into unreported stories of those who say Chinese vaccines aren’t so harmless after all. October 1st marks a major day for Asia. The Chinese Communist Party refers to it as ‘National Day’—the anniversary of the founding of the regime in Mainland China. Taiwan views it as a day of mourning. And in Hong Kong, some people are protesting in public this year.
