Personally, I thought (and voiced at the time) that Garland should've gotten a vote and Mitch should've had to hold his troops in line. Now that I see Garland recruiting lawyers to actively throw wrenches in evictions to delay delay delay (thwart the SCOTUS decision on the eviction moratorium), I think he'd be dangerous on the Court.

He is also increasing the Civil Rights Division for the sole purpose of going after Red States that are making their voting processes more secure.

McConnell effectively eliminated the ninth seat for a year and then added it back when Trump won. That's packing the Court.

That's basically Robert's dissent, to let it first work it's way up through lower courts before SCOTUS looks at it.

Far from it. There was no law requiring the vote. Democrats have no right to question ethics with their actions.

Hey, you can pretend otherwise, but McConnell stole that seat.

Biden launches federal effort to respond to Texas law as he faces pressure to protect abortion but he's just blowing hot air.

The executive branch has no power to do anything.

And he is full of it when he says it's a constitutional right.

When pressed for details, Pstaki suggested getting Congress to codify it. That's not going to happen.
