Should we get rid of the Feature of Rating threads?

I just gave it 5 stars too. My first rating ever!! The overall rating is 3 stars though which means some moron has been marking it down. There are a couple of likely suspects online but I won't mention names.

It's just so ridiculously childish and cowardly.

So whoever it is.....knows they have been busted out for being Petty. Although it shouldnt really surprise those of us on the Right. The leftness is always about shutting down speech they dont like. Or those they dont like.

If we have multiple 5 ratings then it takes more than one of them to take it down to a 3.

It also indicates that they have a organized effort.

I seldom pay attention to any thread's rating. It serves no useful purpose to me, so it would be with me

If the Mods can't find out who it is.....I think the Admin can. I am pretty sure that the Admin can.

Dont know about that......but give it a few days and the left will go back to rating threads terrible. Unless the feature is turned off.


Notice they are missing on this issue.


I just checked the political forums. They havent been rated since this came out. Hopefully the Admin will lay a trap tonight or sometime and catch whoever it is.

I never look at the ratings and I've never rated a thread, so I haven't noticed that this was happening. That said, if someone is weaponizing the rating system and deliberately low balling threads, that's pretty childish. On the other hand, I suppose if a member is being harassed in those threads, they may not feel predisposed to give that thread a good rating.

Of course rating threads with no posts other than the OP posting the topic. Shows just how Petty it really got.

I never saw them because I almost always come through the new posts listing or checking notifications.
