Estate of Aaron Jay Danielson sues Portland

Remember this, Danielson shot in ambush by an Atifa animal? Well, Estate of Aaron Jay Danielson, man killed in downtown Portland after pro-Trump rally, sues city, mayor and DA.

The estate of the man fatally shot in downtown Portland after a pro-Trump car rally last year is suing the city of Portland, the mayor and the county district attorney, claiming their alleged negligence contributed to his violent death.

The suit, filed Friday in federal court in Portland, contends a hands-off approach to political demonstrations and counter-protests in Portland fostered a culture of vigilante policing between opposing factions that filled the void and led to the killing of Aaron Jay Danielson on Aug. 29, 2020.

It seeks $13 million in damages -- $1.5 million in economic damages, $1.5 million in non-economic damages and up to $10 million in punitive damages.

We are seeking justice for the preventable death of a young man, gunned down in a city with a dangerous and deadly hands-off approach to public safety. Time and time again, City leadership and law enforcement have failed to find an effective response to clashing groups of protesters, Christopher L. Cauble, the estates attorney, said in a statement....

Chris, while I am not familiar with this incident, you do realize we are all animals in a matter of speaking, you too, no need to remind us. But 13 million for what! It is not going to bring him back. Seems like greed after tragedy. Just sayin....

You could have read the OP before posting, it says they are suing for Portland's "'hands-off approach' to political demonstrations and counter-protests in Portland fostered a “culture of vigilante policing” between opposing factions that filled the void and led to the killing of Aaron “Jay” Danielson on Aug. 29, 2020."

Care to comment on that instead of being triggered by animal?

No that animal won't engage. It can't think independently. If it could it would recognize the city allowed that $#@! to go on they did nothing. As a result a gun being lost their life and the city gas blood on their hands. I hope they pay double.

I'm just amazed that the really responded without cut & pastes and attempting to sell a book.

How much was the useless drug overdosing criminal George Floyd worth?

In comparison this should be 13 billion.
