It seems to be inconsistent. They now allow players to celebrate a TD in any way they can dream up. You can have the whole team in the end-zone;” break dancing, but they can’t pump their fist or clap their hands after making a big play.
At times they want to take the emotions out of the game and at other times they want the emotions. At any rate, people don’t watch football games to see officials throw flags for something which doesn’t matter.
