Using internet in retirement boosts cognitive function

I suggest the video but you can read about it in Using internet in retirement boosts cognitive function.

I'm not retired, I'm on the internet for many things including work, and I'm lucky if I remember what I walked into another room for half the time.

My Great Aunt used post it notes all over the place, doors, walls and sometimes on the floor, to remind her of things. I used to laugh... not so much anymore.

I can walk into the kitchen for a cold drink and open a cabinet and go what the heck did I want? I usually remember then. I keep sheets of paper next to me at the computer and write down everything otherwise I'd forget much of it.

This makes sense and it is rather unfortunate that so many people over 65 ignore computers and the internet. I get that they don't want to be bothered learning something new when they should.
