I remember back in the early 2000s, I saw this contrast... A) A bomb goes of in Israel... Got about 30 second of attention on the news channel. B) Britney Spears went to church... I heard about that crap for about a week.

What I'm saying is that's what the media and some politicians sell. I'm not buying it.

Atleast once, yes... I remember that crap because again, they covered it for like a week... With stupid lines before the commercial break like "what is Britney trying to tell us?"

Media sells you what you pretty much want to see and hear... Even online, they have perfected the algorithms so that the news that is presented to you, matches your world views.. That's how they captivate your attention...

Politicians lie... That's just a fact of life. Often times they do it with the belief that it's for the greater good but they lie nonetheless.

So pick your favorite politician, whoever that might be and realize that he/she is a $#@!ing liar... It comes with the job.

The time I'm talking about was like 2003-04 or somewhere close to that. I remember it in contrast to the bomb in Israel as even then I thought that in the wake of 9-11, they'd cover instances of terrorism a lot more than they did... But Britney Spears, that they cover.

That may have been the case but in the last few decades the media has turned from journalism to advocacy, much of it aligned with leftist agenda.

To be honest, I think they are copying the Fox model in that regard. Simply because it's successful... The internet also followed this business model. So whatever links you get, just realize that they are custom to your views and biases.

News Max pointed this out and did an extensive story on a missing black woman.

Something tells me it didn't get quite the attention.
