God says in Genesis 9:3 , , , ,
"Everything that lives and moves about will be food for you.
Just as I gave you green plants I now give you everything."


Who are the Health Nazis?
They are the Health "experts" who aggressively try to demonize
certain foods that THEY claim will kill you, for example butter,
eggs, and beef..


What about the Old Testament Levitical laws restricting certain
types of foods? Answer: Those laws were ONLY for the nation
of Israel at that particular time in THEIR history. The Lord Jesus
later "declared all foods clean" Mark 7:19
(and again in Acts 10:15.)


So?


So eat animals. And eat their by-products such as milk, butter, eggs,
cheese, etc If eating animals was bad for you, the Sovereign God
would not have put Genesis 9:3 and Mark 7:19 and Acts 10:15 in
the Bible.


Moderation in all things. We don't need to eat 22 ounce rib-eye steaks
every day



We need to eat both plants and animals and their by-products because
of their nutritional value. So eat some of both.

There seems to be a correlation between veganism and atheism. I find it bizarre.

The Bible contains contradictions placed there by human hands, contradicting Genesis 1:29-30 that plants are man's meat. In The Essene Gospel of Peace, Book 1 Christ said to not kill man or beast, as it is also as done unto him. He said the flesh of slain beasts will become one's tomb. He who kills kills himself, and who eats slain beasts eats of the body of death, he said.

Plants are not just for medicine when sick. Daniel 1:12 ate only vegetables and drank water for 10 days and was better in appearance than those who ate the king's rich food. Christ said eat from the table of God: the fruits of trees, the grasses of the field, the milk of beasts, and honey. He created vegetables, nuts, seeds, wonderful foods. He said the table of God fed Enoch's son Methuselah who lived 969 years. He discussed diseases' origins by man's wrong habits, the good of fasting and prayer, the angels of air, water, sunlight, earth, sleep, love and things of a higher order.

I occasionally enjoy a 1 1/4 inch ribeye with baked potato smothered in butter and sour cream and a side of my own canned green beans... occasionally.

But I go for filet migs 99% of the time.
Portion: About 5 ounces.
(Salt & Garlic powder to taste)
Fried in butter.
With bacon on the side (2 strips)
With salad (ranch)
That up there maybe once per month
