I never understood why any cop would "frame" someone...if you are under pressure from brass to solve a case, which does happen and a career is right in the spotlight...STILL you dont make it up, you dont create it and you dont blame when you DO NOT have the evidence.

Its unconcionable to send an 18 yr old to prison until hes 55...they stole his life

And you see that same activist mentality with the Social Justice Warriors claiming your guilty of something without evidence like "White Privilege" for example.

Since you asked, however, I support these lawsuits and claims. I'm a little surprised, you should know that I am a 'justice' type person and I would want 'justice' done here.

Usually there’s some sort of commentary that goes with an article. I love to hear that stuff to, but as a lawyer I thought you might include something about the law in that area, or what punishments said officers would get…

Those are the few who give cops a bad name. They are the same that prompt false confessions from kids with room temperature IQ'a as well. And yes if this fella was black the TV show would already be cast!
These cops need to see first hand what prision was like for this man.
