As I've explained before, given capitalism as enjoying the fruits of one's labor, the old socialism sought to control the labor (the means of production) and, when that failed, switched to a new socialism that seeks to control not fruits of that labor (redistribution). From the socialists on the far left, like Sanders and AOC, to the progressive leaders, like Pelosi and Schumer and Biden, to the moderates, like Manchin and Sinema, all seek more or less the same new socialist redistribution.

If your aim is merely to embarrass, then you're behaving like a no-count troll.

Socialists cannot redistribute what they already own... So already your argument is in the dumper. Now in the far left there ARE socialist wannabes and they have their camps; but they have zero power or effect in this country, nor does News Max, One America News or Fox News doesn't support them (I'll let you think on that one)... There is socialism in every government. That statement is made out of ignorance.
There are no government that meet the pure theorists definitions. All governments are blends of many different theories and it is just a matter of which dominate. Capitalism is everywhere. Collectivism is everywhere.

So, you cannot defend your absolutist statements in a world where it does not exist.

But I can promise you that none of it is for the good of the masses. It is for the elitists. Communism did not make anyone but the elites rich in Russia or China. They had to introduce Capitalism for that to expand. The more they expanded capitalism, the greater the number of wealthy people were generated. Then when the elitists got scared they cracked down.

Communism/Socialism just makes everyone poor but the elites.
