A lot of Russians are very culturally conservative. It's not surprising they would have high levels of vaccine resistance.

No , I'm not paranoid with fear over Covid ....(lol) ......and yes , I believe lockdowns can be effective in the initial outbreak of a pandemic . You seem determined to live in a world that's either black or white , with nothing in between .....that's your choice .

There's no push in Russia to introduce mandatory vaccination . The vaccination level is currently around 40% , I think .
