They VOLUNTEERED to "obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. " As long as those orders are lawful, they don't get to decide which ones to obey and which ones to not obey.

We are still talking about thousands of Service Members who are refusing a lawful order to take the shot.

I can imagine if they were in the service when the Rangers received the order to take Pointe du Hoc. We would be hearing "But I don't want to climb those cliffs. I might fall and get hurt and there are Germans on top who are going to be really mad at us and might try to kill us or something". Have we really degenerated to the point where we have people in the military who are so emasculated and weak they are scared of taking a shot that TENS OF MILLIONS of others... men, women, young, old have taken?

Really? why would the courts void it? What would be the rationale. I could see the courts ordering religious and medical exemptions, but that is about it. All kinds of vaccines have been mandated in the military for a long time. This is not something new.

As far as the SEALs go... They either obey the order or they don't. If they don't, you are wasting your respect on someone who doesn't deserve it.

Oh I'm betting there is more than 5 or 6. Especially those knowing the Pfizer Vaccine was made with Fetal Cells. Then there is the matter of those who already caught the Wuhu and have far Superior immunity than those with the artificial immunity. Requiring ongoing booster shots.
