1 Slavery and Abortion do have much in common. It is does another person have the right to treat you as their property and make decisions on your life as they see fit. The slave could be sold, mutilated, bred and even killed with impunity. Here is the tie. An unborn baby can be sold (see Planned Parenthood Organ Harvesting), mutilated (see botched abortions, Bred.. I will give you that on and obviously killed

2. Death Penalty is not the same as military deaths or anything to do with a Drug addled psycho in MN. The Death Penalty is even recognized by the Catholic Church as a legitimate form of society self defense. Military deaths are in same category. It is hard to argue that societal self defense is served by killing innocent babies. BTW the Scum bag Floyd also had agency in his actions and his death from Fetanyol OD is on him.

3. "Settled" Constitutional law. You seem to be saying that once there is a ruling there is no going back. Do you agree the 2nd Amendment is settled? Most Communists bring these settled arguments out when it suits them and ignore it when it doesn't. Does the Constitution mean anything to you and your fellow cadres?

You gotta' love how the Left hates SCOTUS for things like Citizen's United, but when it comes to a 1973 decision that lacked any medical technology for proof, they cling to it like it is Holy Writ from Mount Sanai.

If todays DNA technology and technology about pregnancy and being able to see a baby in a womb existed back then th the Roe v. Wade decision would have never been made. Imagery is a powerful. Why do you think the powers that be have banned abortions from being shown on television.
