    I don't see why. They can still file a workman comp claim. If the agency doesn't report it, then they are not admitting to it.

    It's not work related and the reporting system is to punish the employer. Too many reports and you are the target.

    This is a government caused reaction. The employer was told he cannot participate in government contracts if they do not follow Biden's self-publicity mandate.
