At the end of the day, he's the only one to have ever come close to doing what he's doing. He literally has more super bowls than any other franchise in NFL history. He's leading the league in passing yards and touchdowns in his mid 40s. Most of his contemporaries in the MVP race are about 2 decades younger than him.

Honestly not worth the time to compare them. Back then it was a running game. Players were smaller. The rules were different. If you put today's ref in a 1960 game then he would have to hook an air hose up to the whistle because it would never stop blowing. Rosy Greir would be an average sized defensive lineman in 2021.

Odd you say that, because I used to follow the Raiders before Brady because the Patriots were so bad.
Thank god the AFC East had the Jets and the Bills, so the Pats could win some games.

We didn't have local NFL team when I was a kid. I was a fan of the Oakland Raiders. I'm not so much of an NFL fan any more.
