I agree with you that we could all work together to make our country better, however so many on both sides are unwilling to compromise on anything that we are in this untenable position we currently find ourselves in. This is another reason why I feel that forming a third party which embraces platforms from both republican and democrats might go a long way to help make our country better then what it currently is and also to help heal the wounds created by both sides.

Some day and I don't know how long it'll take before we reach that junction, the moderates in this country will put their foot down and either clean house in both parties or form a third party to give people an additional choice which embraces their values which I believe a majority of silent Americans believe in.

Think 3rd party for 2024 folks. Clean up America.

Once I tell you that we agree to disagree there will be no more discussion between us in the thread so please don't waste your time continuing to argue your points because I will not respond.

Maybe the middle class needs it's own party? The sad thing is the two "sides" are so divided that we can't even get together to make things we all believe in a reality. Like term limits. And that's what's in divisionism for the Donkephant

I think that term limits would be embraced by a majority of Americans, however getting both houses of congress on board would be tough; hence replacing them with people who would be on board with that sort of change is what's needed. Possibly changing the tax laws by eliminating personal income tax and replacing it with a national sales tax once it's explained for people to understand could also be a consideration as well. It's fair and everyone pays into it regardless of whether you are upper, middle or lower class. Certain platform from the two mainstream parties would likewise have to be considered as well. Either way it's interesting IMO think of the possibilities that could exist.

Maybe. Not convinced as we seem to get the bills and not the benefits for most everything , sometimes paying the same tax percentage as those hauling in millions.
