Each day when I return online I am amazed at the level of stupidity of the republicans and so called conservative right. When it isn't inflammatory rhetoric aimed at democrats and democracy itself, it is hatred for our diversity and accomplishments. Autocracy appeals to the weak and stupid and you witness that daily from the republicans in government. Bonhoeffer's theory shows what any rational reader can see daily online, a circle jerk of stupid anti democracy, anti education, anti American values.

Very nice: well put. I’ve always said that there is a difference between ignorance and stupidity: ignorance is just plain not knowing. Stupidity is knowing better but doing it anyway. The video would make a great thread.
