When the Trump administration was considering defying the Supreme Court, the media was frantic over the prospect. They were talking about impeachment just for considering it. I’m pretty sure they will report this differently.

He has been getting his ass kicked with the courts. Look in the Law and Justice Forum. The Lame Stream media has been avoiding reporting on his ass getting kicked and kicked hard! They wont be dwelling on any of those cases. Only those that he wins.

If Biden should defy the Supreme Court court at some point, the media will portraying as an act of gallant leadership. They will say this is what we've needed from a president since FDR.

Whether you like it or not, there’s nothing in the US constitution which requires a president to honor or abide by the decisions of a federal court or even the Supreme Court.

There is nothing in the Constitution that allows him to make laws either. He should be arrested.

I don’t believe he should be arrested. The law he created should simply be ignored. Impeachment is another option.
